Information you provide

When you request a call, we ask for your name, business name, email and what you need help with. Phone, website or social page, and preferred call times are optional. We record the request time, a unique reference, the source page, any campaign source parameters and your separate marketing-consent choice.

Why we use it

Your information is used to respond to the enquiry, arrange a suitable call, discuss services and keep an accurate record of the conversation. A call request does not book an appointment and does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Optional promotional consent is recorded separately; you can withdraw it by emailing Brad.

Storage and service providers

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Submitted enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database connected to the site. They are not displayed on public pages. Notification delivery, when configured, uses Make and Zoho Mail to send the request to Brad’s mailbox. If email notification is delayed, the saved request remains available for follow-up.

These providers may process information outside Australia. Your email provider also processes messages you choose to send directly. We share enquiry information with service providers for operating the site and responding to you, rather than publishing it or selling it.

Technical information

Hosting services may process network requests, IP addresses and access logs for operation and security. The form uses a short-lived, one-way representation of your network address to limit abuse; rate-limit entries expire within two hours and are cleared during later submissions. Brand fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives network information when your browser loads them.

This site does not install Meta Pixel, Google advertising tags or marketing cookies. It does not store your form details in browser storage. Campaign-source details are carried in links as you browse this site and included with an enquiry to help identify how you reached us. They are not saved in cookies or browser storage.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept for responding to you and managing any resulting business relationship. Closed enquiries are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer needed. Records relating to agreed services may be kept longer for business recordkeeping or applicable obligations. You can ask Brad about a particular record or request its deletion; any reason it must be retained will be explained.

Your choices

You may contact Brad by email instead of the form, leave optional fields blank, decline marketing emails, and request access to or correction of information you have supplied. For a privacy concern, email the address above with enough detail for Brad to investigate and respond.
